An impressive ceremony opened Dubai World Expo 2020 on October 1st, following a year of anticipation. As the ceremony united stars from all walks of life from around the globe, it was eye candy for the whole crowd of 30000 people at Al Wasl Plaza and for all who experienced it virtually. Visitors to the Expo must produce a negative PCR test result if they have not been fully vaccinated against Covid 19 with vaccines approved by the World Health Organization (WHO). Expo 2021 Dubai’s theme is Connecting Minds, Creating the Future with sub-themes: Sustainability, Opportunity, and Mobility. Expo 2020 Dubai is one of the world’s largest cultural gatherings, taking place over 182 days, creating the largest and most diverse world expo ever. On this occasion, more than 200 participants including 192 countries, businesses, and educational institutions will come together to create a visually stunning and emotional experience. The Expo will conclude on March 31st 2022.
