Women are pinned down whenever they get the chance in a world where we boast about gender equality more than anything else. Throughout history, women have been judged for their existence. Their contributions to the world have been numerous. From inventions to science and technology to research to politics, women have excelled in all aspects. They have been part of innovations that pushes the barrier beyond its limits and opens a seamless world to everyone. Most of the hard work by women contributed to the development of the world is underappreciated. Women throughout the world deserve a lot more recognition than they are receiving. However, the world as well as the society is changing. We have reached to a point where we respect and consider everyone despite the gender, race or any kind of discrimination.

With the theme of #BreakTheBias, let us celebrate womanhood. The bias makes it difficult for women to advance, whether it is deliberate or unconscious. Despite of just being aware of the bias, we must address the issue and work on it.
