Qatar to Bring Reassurance to the Growing Concern Over Accommodation and Transportation for the 2022 FIFA World Cup Fans.

Qatar is all set to host the world’s largest football tournament, 2022 FIFA World Cup, scheduled to take place from November 21 to December 18, 2022. Qatar has assured conclusive solutions for the World Cup fans, while the uncertainty over the accommodation and transportation was growing. Concerns were also raised regarding the nation’s capacity to welcome fans since FIFA has received 3 million ticket requests for the World Cup final.

To ease accommodation and transportation issues, Qatar Airways has announced that more than 160 daily shuttle flights will be operated during the tournament. Fellow Arab Airlines, Flydubai, Oman Air, Kuwait Airways, and Saudia Airlines will operate shuttle flights along with them.

With this match-day shuttle flight service, fans from the nearby cities will be able to arrive in the morning and depart in the evening. For overseas ticket holders, this service will be a great way to limit the expense of accommodation by choosing another nearby city. This will mitigate the high demand for hotel accommodation to an extent and provide a smooth and hassle-free experience as well.

For the millions of fans from all over the world who will attend the World Cup, the organising committee has arranged multiple options for accommodation to choose from. It ranges from exotic fan villages to luxury hotels with varying star options. Apartments and villas with all amenities are also available for the fans to stay in.
